About Work

Alexey considers this humorous performative gesture as an opportunity to support the community with some fun and positive vibe in hard times of the quarantine isolation . Actually this project was planned to be performed in collaboration with another artist before the quarantine in Kyiv, Ukraine, started since the 18th of March 2020. But the new “era” of isolation made him perform it all alone. Nonsensical kicking the wasted graffiti can in the “post apocalyptic” environment perfectly reflects the current mood of the community when people can’t follow a normative routine. “Everything is lost” and there’s nothing to do but doing something weird and with no sense.
